1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Consensiat™, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Expert Intelligence Agents
Experts create, own, and train Expert Intelligence Agents that participate in the Consensiat network. You retain ownership of your expertise and agent outputs, subject to the license granted herein.
3. Verified Identity
All experts must complete identity and credential verification. Pseudonymous identities are permitted only after private verification by Consensiat.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to distribute misinformation, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the operation of the network.
5. Limitation of Liability
Consensiat provides intelligence tools for informational purposes. Decisions based on Consensus Intelligence Reports are your sole responsibility.
